DactyScan40i is a compact fingerprint scanner for single flat and rolled fingerprint images with high standard level of quality, its small dimensions and low power consumption give to this device matchless mobility and portability.

High image quality (PIV certified), that satisfies all requirements of FBI IAFIS-IQS, guarantees conformance of produced images and applicability in IAFIS systems.

DactyScan40i is equipped with a graphical user interface, composed by 10 led (one for each finger) indicating which finger to place on the scanner, turning fingerprint acquisition as simple as it can be. With  its software development kit the device can be  integrated very quickly in any final solution.

DactyScan40i can be applied in any application that requires acquisition of fingerprint images with defined by ANSI/NIST image quality, high speed of overall process and high level of mobility. These applications can be civil identification, E-ID documents and passports processing, border control and other public authority related applications.
